Executive assistant

A remote executive assistant who keeps the business moving while you lead it

Your calendar protected, your inbox under control and every meeting followed through. I work as an operational partner to founders, with the systems background to make sure nothing depends on you remembering it.

What I handle as your executive assistant

Calendar and priorities

Your week planned around what matters, with focus time defended and meetings that earn their slot.

Inbox management

Everything sorted, routine replies sent in your voice and a short daily brief of what needs your decision.

Meeting prep and follow-through

Agendas and context before the call, notes and owners after it, and follow-ups chased until they are done.

Stakeholder and vendor coordination

The back-and-forth with clients, partners and suppliers handled, so you only step in when it matters.

Confidential work

Sensitive accounts and information handled with care, a habit from handling back-office escalations for sensitive accounts.

Decision support

Research, summaries and options laid out so a decision takes five minutes instead of an afternoon.

What does an executive assistant do?

An executive assistant supports one leader directly. Where a virtual assistant often covers tasks for a whole team, an executive assistant manages a founder's time and attention: their calendar, their inbox, their meetings and the follow-through that turns decisions into done work. A good one acts as a gatekeeper and a second brain.

My background is operations: escalations, quality assurance, team leadership and process design across global support teams. That is what I bring to the role. I do not only keep your calendar clean. I notice the meeting that should be a document, the approval that should be automatic and the report that should arrive on its own.

Virtual assistant or executive assistant: which do you need?

If the work is a list of tasks across the business, you need a virtual assistant. If the work is protecting one person's time and making sure their decisions get carried out, you need an executive assistant. Many founders need a bit of both at first, which is how I usually start.
