Virtual assistant

A virtual assistant who fixes the work, not just does it

I take the inbox, calendar, CRM updates and follow-ups off your plate. Then I look at why the same task keeps coming back, and automate or document it so it stops landing on anyone's desk. Remote, working US Eastern hours.

What I handle as your virtual assistant

Inbox and calendar

Triage, replies in your voice, scheduling and rescheduling, and a short list of what actually needs you.

CRM and follow-ups

Contacts kept clean, pipelines up to date, and follow-ups that go out on time in GoHighLevel, HubSpot or whatever you use.

Admin and coordination

Vendor and client emails, meeting notes, documents and the small tasks that eat a founder's afternoon.

SOPs as I go

Every recurring task I take on gets written down, so the process lives in a document instead of in one person's head.

Automation where it pays

If a task repeats every week, I build the Zapier, Make, n8n or Apps Script flow that does it, and you stop paying for the hours.

Project tracking

Tasks, owners and deadlines in ClickUp, Notion, Asana or Trello, with a progress update you can read in a minute.

What does a virtual assistant do?

A virtual assistant is a remote professional who handles the administrative and operational work that keeps a business running: email, scheduling, data entry, customer replies, CRM updates and coordination with clients and vendors. The point is to give the owner back hours they were spending on tasks that do not need them.

Most virtual assistants stop at doing the task. I come from nine years in operations and support, where the job was to make the work smaller, so I also fix the process behind it. A weekly report that takes two hours by hand becomes a sheet that fills itself. An onboarding checklist that lives in your head becomes an SOP the next hire can follow.

How is this different from hiring through an agency?

An agency usually assigns whoever is available and manages them for you. Working with me, the person who learns your business is the same person who writes down how it runs and builds the automations. There is no account manager in the middle, and the systems I build stay yours.

What hours do you work?

I work remotely on US Eastern hours, so replies and handoffs happen during your business day. Calls are booked in Eastern time.

"The most organized operational partner I've ever worked with. He doesn't just manage the inbox; he optimizes the entire communication pipeline."
